It is a therapeutic administration of Homeopathic injections given intramuscularly, subcutaneously or most commonly sub-dermally ( which is very superficial – just under the surface of the skin). These are sometimes given into trigger points, acupuncture points or just tender/painful areas.
Please note: I do not inject into joints (intra-articular).

Disruption of the skin’s barrier triggers an immediate immune response—like “waking up” the body, especially in chronic cases stuck in inflammatory loops. Manual therapies often fail to “hold” when extracellular matrix (ECM) drainage is impaired, leading to tissue congestion, poor oxygenation, and compromised repair.

Long-term side effects of steroid injections depend on the dose and how often you have them done. With regular use, potential side effects include:

Treatment frequency is tailored to each patient, but a general guideline is weekly or fortnightly sessions over 8–10 treatments. While many patients notice improvement after the first session, continuing through the full course is essential to prevent relapse and support sustained healing.
For chronic degenerative conditions (e.g., autoimmune disease, osteoarthritis), ongoing maintenance injections every 2–4 weeks may be recommended after the initial phase to preserve function and reduce flare-ups.
